Let any user connect their own Meta account and load leads

This version uses the Meta JavaScript SDK so the user logs in with their own Facebook account and grants the permissions needed for their business pages.

Create a Meta app in the Meta Developer portal and add https://localhost:3000 as the OAuth redirect URI. You may need to trust the browser warning for the self-signed cert.
